Occasionally things can go wrong and if they do we want to know so that we can put things right as soon as possible and make sure it doesn't happen again. If something goes wrong or you are dissatisfied with our services, please tell us.
You will either receive a response within 5 working days or if your complaint is more complicated we will send an acknowledgement within 3 working days and respond within 20 working days. If we require more time to respond, we will let you know of the reasons for the delay and agree a revised time scale
