Access Protection Markings

Access Protection Markings, also known as Driveway Protection Markings, are white lines painted across driveways to discourage parking.

They are a form of “Keep Clear” marking. Whilst not legally enforceable, residents who are regularly experiencing issues with parked vehicles encroaching on their access can make a request for these markings.

Please note there is now a charge of £160 for a new access protection marking or to refresh an existing marking. As there may be a delay between the request being made and the work being carried out, the charge will be invoiced after the line has been painted.
