Will Tacit Consent apply?
Yes. This means that your application is granted if you have not heard from the local authority by the end of the 30 day period permitted for final determination of the application.
There are two ways of applying:
- contact Customer Services at the Council
- apply online - Application to use street or pavement space for displays
