From November 2020 to February 2021 we are rolling out Cashless Catering to our remaining Primary Schools.
As each school is ready to ‘go live’ with the new Cashless Catering process, they will issue a letter to you with details of how to register with our cashless provider ipayimpact and a unique reference for each of your children. One you have registered and added all children to your account you can log in to ipayimpact using the button below to top up each child’s account.
Interim Payment Solution
The new Cashless Catering project 2020 is being introduced between November 2020 and February 2021 in a rolling programme. As schools cannot accept cash at this time as a result of the pandemic, an interim payment process is in place, where parents/carers can pay in to a Council account from their online bank account to enable their children to purchase school meals until such time as the Cashless Catering solution is introduced. Your school will provide you with the information required to set up the interim payment process and you can visit our FAQs for the interim payment process for more information.
Legacy Cashless Catering
All secondary schools, new PSIP Primary Schools (Lairdsland, Lenzie Meadow, Thomas Muir, Holy Family, St Nicholas’) and Meadowburn Primary school already have a Cashless Catering solution in place and should continue to use that system which is available here.
This system will be upgraded from Spring 2021 so that all schools use the same system. Full details and the timescales for that will be provided through your school once finalised.
