Scheduled Downtime

Due to routine maintenance, our Online Payments facility and our automated TouchTone telephone payment service will not be available between 4.30am and 6.30am on the following dates:

  • Sunday 20 February
  • Sunday 20 March 
  • Sunday 17 April
  • Sunday 15 May
  • Sunday 19 June
  • Sunday 17 July
  • Sunday 21 August
  • Sunday 18 September
  • Sunday 16 October
  • Sunday 20 November
  • Sunday 18 December

Note:  On occasions there will also be a requirement for our data centres to perform their own scheduled maintenance, these will take place in the periods above but require an extended maintenance window and these will run between 00:00hrs and 06:30hrs.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.  With the exception of the above dates and times, Online Payments and TouchTone are available 24 hours a day.

If you experience any difficulty making a payment using either of these services at any other time, please email us and provide us with your name, reference number, daytime telephone number and a short description of the problem.
