Strategic Housing Investment Plan (SHIP)
The Strategic Housing Investment Plan is part of the Local Housing Strategy and sets out the investment priorities for the Council which will guide applications for Scottish Government funding over a five year period.
The 2020-25 SHIP anticipates that over the next five years, over 1000 new affordable homes for rent and sale will be available in East Dunbartonshire. There will be number of tenure options available whether you wish to rent or buy or part own.
