As part of this preliminary stage, East Dunbartonshire Council has been asking residents, businesses and organisations to complete online surveys via the website
The deadline for completed surveys is now Friday 11 April 2025.
The surveys aim to identify: everyday experiences and habits; the main economic challenges, including local and global issues; support measures for enhancing the local economy; and community aspirations for the future.
We have extended the initial consultation to help ensure we gather views from as many people, businesses and organisations as possible. If you can spare 10 minutes, please get involved and have a say.
“It’s particularly important that we hear from a wide range of traders, service providers, companies and third sector/partner organisations.
“Many thanks to everyone who has contributed so far – by filling in a survey or having a chat with us directly – your feedback all adds up.”
All responses will be used to create a foundation for developing a new Economic Development Strategy, ensuring that it reflects local priorities.
Please visit www.eastdunbarton.gov.uk/EDS-2025 and complete a survey before the deadline, Friday 11 April 2025.
