- Senior leaders and the staff team have created a positive culture of learning
- Staff support children effectively to develop a shared understanding of how to be successful
- Teachers and practitioners’ enthusiastic and collaborative approach to professional learning is leading to improved outcomes for children
- Children benefit from positive, trusting relationships with teachers and other adults who work with them
- Strong practices in numeracy and literacy lessons mean the children’s skills are developing well in this area and improving their outcomes.
“It is clear that everyone is working together for the benefit of the children and that they are thriving in a supportive environment where they feel valued and able to reach their potential. Congratulations to all at Gartconner – I know they will continue to go from strength to strength.
Acting Headteacher, Lynne McGoldrick added, “We worked together as a team and succeeded as a team. It's an honour to work with such talented, caring and kind children, parents and staff team. Thank you to everyone involved.”
