The Council has committed to rolling out Microsoft 365 as the next phase of our Smart Working developments. The features of Microsoft 365 will deliver enhanced functionality across the organisation, enhanced digital service provision and more efficient ways of working.
Microsoft Teams will be the first element of Microsoft 365 to be deployed. This will be rolled out to employees, with those who currently have Cisco Webex temporary licences being the first to be given access.
Microsoft Teams provides video conferencing as well as enhanced collaboration functionality for within and across teams.
