5. What safety measures will be in place within the canteen?
Head Teachers have been following Scottish Government guidance and taking advice from Health and Safety officials to ensure that your child’s safety is our top priority.
To reduce contact, cash and cheques will no longer be accepted as a method of payment. We ask that you top up your child’s account online. Social distancing measures have also been introduced to minimise your child’s contact with catering employees.
6. My child has misplaced their PIN number, how do they get a replacement?
Your child should contact the Catering Team Leader at their school.
7. My child previously had a PIN number, can they continue to use this?
The PIN number provided within your letter should be the same PIN number that your child has used on previous occasions and can continue to use.
8. Can my child change their PIN number?
Due to the large numbers of pupils, it is not possible for pupils to choose their own PIN number.
