As part of our role under the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009 (FRM Act), East Dunbartonshire Council and its consultant advisers (AECOM), are developing Surface Water Management Plans (SWMPs) for Bearsden, Milngavie and Bishopbriggs to be completed within the first cycle of the FRM Act (2016-2022).
