The purpose of the Technical Note is to provide Elected Members with additional guidance on the implementation of 20mph speed limits as requested at the Place, Neighbourhood & Corporate Assets Committee (PNCA/032/24/OJ Agenda Item 11) held on 17 October 2024.
Transport Scotland issued The Implementation Guide for 20 mph Speed Limits in Scotland issued by Transport Scotland on 31 October 2024.
