      This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared out with the Council.

    1. The purpose of this technical note is to confirm the closure arrangements for Campsie Memorial Hall and Lennox Square Car park during the forthcoming refurbishment works.
    2. Both the Hall and adjacent car park at Lennox Square will be closed for the duration of the project, from Monday 14th April 2025 until early 2026. This will provide access for the completion of the works and an area to host the main contractor’s site accommodation and works compound.
    3. Advance notice of the Hall and car park closure will be communicated via on-site signage and the Council’s social media channels.
    4. On-going updates on project progress will be provided through the duration of the project via the General Services Capital Programme Monitoring Reports which are submitted regularly to the Policy & Resources Committee and published on the Council’s website.
