- In addition to the above, the next stage of Ground Investigation (GI) works for the WDR are scheduled to start on site on Monday March 10th, for a duration of 4 weeks, ending on April 9th.
- The works will be intrusive in nature and will involve the excavation of material in the form of boreholes, trial pits, rotary drilling as well as pavement coring. For further information, please see attached plan showing the locations of the areas subject to GI testing.
- Temporary rolling traffic lights will also be required to undertake the pavement coring at locations on the A803 next to Torrance Roundabout and at Crosshill Road, next to Commutaports and at Bishopbriggs golf range. These locations (PC201 – PC211) can be viewed in more detail on the attached plan.
