    This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.

  1. The purpose of this note is to provide Members with the monthly ‘How Good Is Our Service (HGIOS) performance and progress reports covering the period September 2024 for all service areas (see Appendix 1).

  2. The reports cover the agreed monthly performance indicators set out in the Strategic Group Business and Improvement Plans for 2024-27. Additionally, the reports provide a high level narrative overview of progress against the improvement priorities outlined in the Business Improvement Plans.

  3. Regular service level performance reports will continue to be distributed to Members on a monthly basis.
