- The purpose of this Technical Note is to provide Members with an update on school crossing provision, as a result of budgetary decisions taken by Council on 26 March 2024 (Report No: EPB/005/24/AD - EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE FORWARD IN PARTNERSHIP: GENERAL FUND REVENUE BUDGET 2024/25 & 30-YEAR CAPITAL INVESTMENT PLAN).
- Council agreed to remove all vacant School Crossing Patroller posts from the existing structure and instructed officers to complete a full review of all crossing locations, to be reported at a later date.
- The table at Appendix 1 provides a list of all existing crossing locations and their current status following the recent Council decision.
